Simon GrahamDirector Simon was responsible for establishing Lancaster Trustees in February 2007 and is Managing Director. He was born and educated in Guernsey and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He completed the majority of his training in the audit section of KPMG Guernsey and has spent more than twenty years working within Guernsey’s finance industry, predominantly within the Fiduciary Sector. Simon is married with three children and when time allows enjoys running on the cliff paths around Guernsey. |
James RougetDirector James joined Lancaster Trustees in April 2008. He has over twenty years experience within Guernsey’s Fiduciary Sector having previously worked for several large multinational fiduciary institutions. He has over ten years experience at Board level and three years as company secretary. James is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Institute of Directors. James' spare time is spent with his young family, competitive clay target shooting and fishing. |
Bryan O’Meara Director Bryan is responsible for the operational side of Lancaster Trustees. He has an accountancy background, having begun his career with a local accounting firm he has amassed 30 years in the finance industry. Bryan has since held senior posts with other large multinational financial institutions and also a smaller, bespoke trust company. Bryan is married with a young daughter and maintains his fitness levels with active interests that include trail running. |
David Chan OBE Executive Director David is an executive director with responsibility for special projects and governance matters. He started his financial services career in 2005 as a Guernsey stockbroker and was closely involved in that company's IPO and listing on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange in 2007. He subsequently became a founding executive director and chairman of the company's Jersey broking business and a founding executive director of its investment management subsidiary. David was a career fighter pilot in the Royal Air Force serving for 25 years on operations all over the globe and in 2006 was awarded the OBE for his leadership of the entry-to-service phase of the EurofighterTyphoon project. |
Nick Guilmoto Manager Nick was born and educated in Guernsey. He has worked in the finance industry for more than twenty five years, initially at smaller local firms and more recently at an independent private bank. He has operated exclusively within the fiduciary sector for the last twenty years. Nick is married with two children and spare time is devoted to various aspects of fishing and off-road running. |
Jackie Barlow Client Accountant Jackie was born and educated in Guernsey. She joined Lancaster Trustees in February 2010. She has an accountant background, having begun her career with a local airline before moving to the finance industry where she has worked for the last 15 years, exclusively in the fiduciary sector. Jackie has obtained the Certified Accounting Technician Qualification. |
Lara Turner PA/Office Manager Lara joined Lancaster Trustees in April 2010. She was born and educated in Guernsey and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). Lara is on the CIPD Committee where she undertakes the role of Programme Coordinator. She has worked in the finance industry for just over 17 years in a secretarial/human resources capacity, working predominately for a global accountancy firm. |
